This Web site is part of the Campus Visit/
Philadelphia Program, which is owned and operated by
Collegia, Inc. This privacy statement has been developed to
ensure our users of our firm commitment to their privacy. It
is our policy to never release information to any third party
without the prior written permission of the user. Most of the
information that is found on our web site is free and accessible
to any user who accesses this site. There are only a few instances
where we ask users to supply any identifying information.
What information do we collect?
Information
gathered for travel discount qualification.
In order to access the special discount promotion codes, we
ask users to fill out a brief questionnaire. This information
provides us with user data that we can use in order to build
stronger travel discount programs. At no time is any of the
data collected shared with our travel company providers, nor
anyone else. Data gathered are used in the aggregate, and at
no time are individual names, addresses or other personally
identifying factors used in any reports.
Information gathered for Surveys.
From time to time, we ask our users to fill out brief surveys.
The data gathered are used to help us develop our programs so
that they might be more useful to college-bound students and
their parents. Occasionally we share information, (again, only
in the aggregate) about user patterns with high school guidance
professionals, college admissions staff and other parties interested
in college bound students and their school selection process.
At no time is any personal data shared with anyone outside of
Collegia.
Other
When users send us questions, we retain their contact information
for response purposes only. At no time is this information shared
with anyone outside Collegia.
Protection
for Children
Our Web site is not intended for use by children (individuals
under the age of 13). If a child has provided us with personally
identifiable information, that child's parent or guardian should
contact us at Collegia, 18 Grove Street, Wellesley, MA 02482
if they would like the information submitted by their child
deleted from our database. We will use all reasonable efforts
to delete this information from our records.

This Web site contains links to other sites. Collegia is not
responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We
encourage our visitors to be aware when they are leaving our

may visit. Our privacy statement applies solely to information
collected by this Web site.

Files
Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. This
includes internet protocol (IP addresses, browser type, internet
service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type,
date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer
the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather
broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses
are not linked to personally identifiable information.
