- Each September, the Philadelphia
Fringe takes over with a festival of new art. The sixteen-day
Festival presents a full spectrum of colorful work that
falls within, between and sometimes beyond the standard
categories of theater, dance, performance art, music,
poetry, puppetry and visual arts.
